Water Damage - Country Club Hills - Frozen Pipe

This home's lower floor plan was flooded by a frozen and busted water pipe.

Water damages can be caused by many different sources. Frozen pipes are a huge culprit during the winter months. This home sustained a water damage after the homeowner was away for a few days, the pip burst, and flooded the entire lower level.

It doesn't take long for a busted pipe to affect the surrounding area. Continued pressure from the plumbing system, no impermeable barriers to contain the water, and no one to shut off the water at the source after the break took place. 

If a restoration company is able to respond quickly there is a chance that the drywall and many of the contents can be saved.
